ADI ORZEL
Co-Founder and CEO, Matomy Market AND Matomy Media
As Co-Founder and CEO of Matomy Market and Matomy Media, Adi oversees the companies’ strategy and progress as global online marketing leaders. He brings experience spanning 11 years, helping companies excel at maximizing results from media buying, performance marketing and display media. Previously, as Xtend Media’s COO, Adi led the operations, business development and marketing activity of the company, focusing on building the company’s media and client relations teams and implementing an ad network operations methodology aimed at results, scale and efficiency.
In his prior experience as Vice President of Business Development for Soho Digital International, Adi developed relationships with international media providers and led the company’s performance-based activities and media buying. As Executive Director of Advertising for Random-Logic (888 Holdings, PLC) Adi managed the global media buying department, and developed the Affiliate Marketing Channel. At ValueClick Inc., Adi was involved in marketing, sales and business development for the Israeli market, developing a local online advertising network and bringing in new publishers and advertisers to the ValueClick global network. As the media sales manager for Babylon Inc., an Israeli software company, Adi managed advertising sales in Israel, Europe and the United States, later leading the corporate sector in Israel.
Adi holds a BA cum laude in Economics from Tel Aviv University.
GILAD AMITAI
COO, MATOMY MEDIA
As COO, Gilad is responsible for managing the operations and technology on the day to day within Matomy Media
Previous to his post as COO, as VP of Client Relations and Performance Marketing, Gilad was responsible for the continual development and successful pairing of Advertiser campaigns with Publisher media. As a performance specialist, Gilad focuses on each client’s goals and achieving their ROI objectives.
Prior to his role as VP, Gilad was the Director of Performance Marketing at XTEND. Gilad was in charge of developing the performance team”s activity and creating innovative tools and methods for analyzing and optimizing media buys.
At Soho Digital International, Gilad held several integral positions in a wide range of areas including account management and affiliate network management.
Gilad graduated on the Dean”s List with a BA in Communications and Management from College of Management Academic Studies in Tel Aviv.
Currently, Gilad is studying for a master”s degree in Modern History at Tel Aviv University.
EREZ GROSS
SVP MEDIA
As SVP of Media at Matomy Media, Erez is responsible for the Media Department. He develops and manages the ad network”s business prospects while leading the company”s publisher relations. He spearheads the formation of new partnerships, and oversees ad operations management and business development.
Prior to his role as SVP, Erez was the Director of Media at Matomy Media. Erez was in charge of building the media buying team and developing the company”s publisher relations.
Most recently at IFP (Internet Forex Products), as Client Services Manager, Erez was responsible for customer relations and client services. IFP provides real-time financial data and trading platforms in a download-free environment.
Erez is a graduate of the MBA program in Finance at Bar-Ilan University, and holds a BA in Economics & Management from The Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
DOV YARKONI
SVP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND SALES
Dov is responsible for leading Matomy Media’s business development and sales activities. With more than twelve years’ experience, Dov has an extensive knowledge of online adverting, customer acquisition and internet marketing that is invaluable in the development and growth of Matomy Media.
Previous to Matomy Media, Dov was VP of Client Services at Amadesa, a leading website optimization and merchandising company. In this role, Dov oversaw strategic planning and consulting, creative services, production management and implementation, account management and customer service for all of Amadesa”s clients including AOL Winamp, hi5, Best Buy, Petco, General Mills and Media Whiz. Prior to this role, Dov founded their USA operations and was the VP of Sales and Business Development.
Before joining Amadesa, Dov was the Director of the Consumer Division at Deltathree (NASDAQ: DDDC), a leading provider of Internet telephony solutions to VoIP resellers and service providers. Dov had P&L ownership and was responsible for e-commerce, customer acquisition and retention, business development, customer care and operations. Prior to this role, Dov was the Manager of Customer Acquisition for Deltathree, responsible for online advertising, search engine programs, and affiliate marketing.
Prior to joining Deltathree, Dov was an account executive for i33 Communications, Inc in New York, a full-service interactive agency and customizable ad-serving and tracking service provider. His clients included Sprint and GlaxoSmithKline. Dov also held other positions in Operations and Marketing consulting with Ergo Consultants in Israel.
Dov holds a Bachelor of Technology in Industrial Engineering and Management from Shenkar University in Tel Aviv.
EFRAT KRAKOVER
VP OF CLIENT RELATIONS
Efrat is responsible for the overall management of Matomy Media’s client base maximizing results from both display media and paid search channels. Efrat’s focus is on achieving client ROI objectives as well as exploring new opportunities hand in hand with Matomy Media partners. Her team of media experts use proactive management and business account planning techniques to ensure their continued alignment with advertiser goals.
Efrat’s career began with Xtend in 2007 as an Account Manager on key accounts. Prior to her role as VP, Efrat was promoted to Director of Performance Marketing responsible for the internal management of cross group clients, synchronising the relationship between Matomy Media, Market, Spain and LATAM from an early stage.
Prior to that, as an economist in the finance department of Kodak (formerly Creo), Efrat was responsible for the cost and cost accounting processes.

HADAR COHEN
VP OF TECHNOLOGY
Hadar is responsible for the Product and development of Matomy Media´s technology. Prior to joining Matomy Media Hadar served as a Senior Director at Kontera. There, for more than 5 years he was responsible for building the development and scaling the production and IT environments.
Prior to Kontera Hadar served in technical lead positions in several tech companies including Corigin, ECI telecom and Amdocs.
Hadar brings practical and managerial experience in large scale online SaaS based environments and various Server side technologies.
Hadar holds a BSc in Computer Science and Mathematics from the Tel-Aviv University, and an MBA in Financial Engineering, Banking and Risk Management from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
